Everyone is pretty chill and down to help. It was very refreshing to have help offered without asking.. I don't like asking for help. The staff is also incredible from the people up front to the coaches I've met so far. Everyone seems to enjoy being there so the energy is always pretty good! Workouts are pretty intense but it's at your own pace. The coaches are there for you but you hold yourself accountable to push your own limits within your comfort zone. Definitely recommend!

Works all parts of my body in each session with friendly trainers and good equipment. I like being able to turn off my brain for an hour and just do as I’m told. This is much more motivating than working out alone in a gym or forcing myself to walk or exercise at home. I love sweating and feeling the endorphins kick in as the session proceeds!

The staff was extremely friendly and informative about the program. I liked that you could see how you are doing on the big screen to try to push myself harder. I also liked that there were breaks built in to the routine and activity rotation to reduce boredom. I’m not highly motivated to push myself independently so it was also nice having an instructor to guide you through the routine and encourage me throughout the course of the class.
Everyone was super friendly and helpful! They eased my anxieties and didn’t make me feel bad at all about being a little out of shape.
I like it all. It keeps me on my toes and makes it so I don’t know what’s coming. Even though they tell me at the beginning it changes enough to make me wonder what’s next.

The classes are very motivating. When attending a session, one knows they will be pushed to do their very best. There is such a strong sense of community in the studio.
Great cardio and fun atmosphere
Well thought out. Great balance of strength and cardio. Equipment well organized and easily accessible. Friendly and encouraging staff.
It’s a well-rounded workout that developed endurance through plenty of cardio, and strength through resistance training. All packed within an hour (on average), not a minute of your time is wasted.
The motivating loud music and direction on what to do by coaches.
The coaches (Anthony, Brooke, and more) are great and I love the workouts.

The coaches are very uplifting, high energy, and motivating. They are also accommodating to where I am at in my fitness journey. Absolutely best experience I've had excersizing.
Great workout!
I just did day 2! I like the coach going around explaining things and assisting. I love the push on the treadmill and rower. If I did it on my own I stop to check work email....even at 5:30 am and my heart rate goes down...This keeps me focused. Also incorporating the strength and cardio keeps it intresting.
Also the music is a huge plus.

THE COACHES!!! Having a committed time block where I need to show up for myself and it’s not just on my own terms (I don’t have the self discipline for that), and having someone there to tell you what to be doing the whole time it’s so easy. I just show up and leave feeling amazing. Coach Piper and Coach Monte at La Mesa are the best their classes are so fun to take and the best playlists! They will help you out with form if you need it or tell you good job if you’re killin it. I’ve always hated going to a regular gym but I’ve been going to orange theory for 3 months now and I LOVE IT.
I love how energetic everything is! It really motivates me to put in the work.
