The coaches are wonderful! Erin, Allison, and Brian are my fave. I've recommended it to other physicians in my hospital because the workouts are balanced and have the capacity to be customized to any fitness level. The coaches are supportive and encouraging without the screaming or needing to push someone beyond their ability and comfort level.

Team spirit, variety, personalization
First of all the energy, motivation, these talented coaches bring to the studio EVERYTIME I work out. I was never a exercise/ work out person my entire life. I met OTF 4 years ago and I’m about to celebrate my 900th class. I love the HITT training. OTF saves lives. My cardiologist loves you also. I feel like I have a stress test 3/4 times a week. It’s good for my mental health also. I’ve met friends there, yes there is even a social aspect to having a membership. I recommend OTF to everyone

What I really love about the workout is that it is a structured, coach lead class. As uncomfortable, uncoordinated, and awkward as I was feeling about attending class, Mike gave me a level of comfort in knowing that I will be a little better every time I show up.
I like the variety and intensity. The challenges and benchmarks really motivate me to do my best. The coaches are awesome too, I appreciate they stop to help correct my form

The Variety
Great coaches and workouts. Honestly sometimes the playlists don’t match the workout vibe. If you’re running on the treadmill the music should reflect that- it can be hard to stay motivated when you’re not vining w the music. Love everything else though!
