My favorite place to work out. Even when I go to different locations, it doesn't feel the same. Staff is amazing! Starting with the girl in the front desk - always sweet and kind. The coaches are all amazing and I couldn't be happier about choosing OTFPJ to work out! 10/10

Orange theory rocky point is awesome! It is the first time I have really done a fitness class. Well structured, challenging and all of the instructors I have met so far are great and helpful! Highly recommend!!!!
What’s NOT to like! A complete workout in 60 minutes with fabulous coaches!
The chnage in movements keeps the motivation high throughout the workout routine and the intensity level is perfect. Coaches are encouraging and motivating.
I love the atmosphere, challenges and benchmarks! Patchouge has a sense of community I can’t find at any other studio.

Everything! I love the vibe, the coaches, the hard work and the way you feel once you complete a workout.
This is the only workoutgym that I have not only consistently gone to since 2016, but have totally enjoyed. It has become a family, therapy and part of a total self- care strength wellness routine. There's no pressure, no competition.. you against you!! I feel a part of a welcoming community, especially at East Meadow, to the point where I miss it when I can't go...& I go pretty much everyday. I feel healthy... strong & accomplished. Healthiest obsession I ever had. Drink the kool-aid... it's worth it!!!
I love the challenge that every workout provides. I love the coaches, especially Coach Kate who is so encouraging, motivating and dedicated to me and all of the other members. I love the data OTF provides so you know the intensity of your own workout and what you need to do to see results.
It’s perfect for my schedule, allows me to have workout options during my busy schedule.
I like that the workouts change, but I don't like that I get waitlisted a lot.
I get a confidence booster and I like the coaches guiding members in a group setting.
Since joining OTF I enjoy the commitment I have to go 8 times a month (I hate losing money). It's a realistic amount of time for me. Also although the workouts are geared to everyone, you could do as much or less if your body says no that day. I have been working through an injured knee until I get a complete workup on it, and the staff have helped me adjust my workouts.
I like that it changes everyday, the coaches,staff and other members.
Great studio and staff. The SAs were very friendly and helpful and Coach Caitlin was fantastic! She was motivating and her playlist was on point. Would definitely go back to Port Washington's studio!

the workout is 10/10!! always different every time which always keeps me on my toes and gets me excited to see how hard or easy the class is going to be for the day and how good i’m going to feel after! i have yet to experience a bad coach or one that doesn’t push me or inspire me to be work as hard as i can for the 60 minutes i’m under their scope. it’s my favorite place i’ve experienced thus far and i have been to quite a few workout studios, and out of all of them, orangetheory is the one where i feel most in a community, most welcome every time, and most motivated every day.
The fact that the workout change each day but repeat by the end of the month. That way you can see your progress or make sure you repeat one you really liked
