I like that it’s an hour long and that we have a coach guiding us throughout. I also like that the SAs are friendly and genuine and the coaches are knowledgeable.
The coaches are very nice and know how to push you to optimize your workout.

I love the variety of each days workout. I also love that depending on how you feel that day you can tailor the class to meet your physical needs.
The coaches are incredible. So supportive for all of our needs. Best staff. So friendly from the moment you walk in the door. And of course the members make the class energetic and so much fun!!!!!!!

Full body, strong, great trainers, friendly atmosphere
I love the coaches, my fellow members and the fact that I find it far easier to do certain workout tasks (mostly involving weights) when directed than I would doing it on my own. I always say OTF Melville is the "Cheers" of workout places - where everybody knows your name!

Intense, quick and never boring.
Farmingdale is my home studio and I am a founder. Joined in 2019. I love OTF. it changes and stays the same, and you can make of it what you choose. For some people, it's a social engagement, for others, it's a mix, and for others, it's an in-and-out efficient workout. I like the SAs and staff very much. Their hearts are in the right place. The manager, Mary Pincus, is a gem, and I probably would have never returned to Farmingdale after COVID and injury if not for her. I don't know the newer coaches as well, but of the newish ones, I like Johnny Stallone very much. Amanda is a good head coach.

It is challenging and fun. An hour goes by really fast. Every workout is different. I can just show up and I don’t have to plan a workout!
I love the variety and the fact that it's never the same workout. We have fabulous coaches in East Northport. In addition, I always feel like a got a great workout in when I leave.
