The workouts are always very well thought out and structure. I never have to put any thought into my workout and I always walk away feeling so good and satisfied. I do like that it is a very direct and straight forward experience. No socializing which I really like bc I never feel like a minute of my workout time is wasted when I got to OT. The staff at sayville have really positive energy, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I find the science behind the splat points fascinating. This has helped me understand my body more and allowed me to set more realistic fitness goals for myself. I am really happy with my decision to join. I am a new mom so it is challenging for me to get to the classes but it’s always on top of mind and every chance I got, I make it to a class.

Its very Challenging
Full body workouts, alternative options to work same body parts, treadmills & row machines that work with the body , after 2 knee surgeries, I can still run on your treadmill without feeling any stress, small groups, encouraging friendly staff and community members.
The instructors are so motivating!
I Ike that these work outs are full body with an instructor telling me what to do the entire hour.
