I like that the coaches make it fun. It doesn't matter that my fitness level isn't as high as others, I get the same attention and encouragement as the rest of the class. I feel like a part of a team when I'm at OTF

Show up, warm up, workout, stretch it out all in an hour without having to think.
It's tough, but do-able. After just a couple of months, I can see results. Coaches are encouraging and super nice AND they ALWAYS remember my name. ALL of them!

I appreciate that every class is 60 minutes and you leave feeling as though you got the most workout for your time. I also love the challenges sprinkled throughout the month. It is motivating when you repeat a challenge for 2 months previous and get a personal record.

I have enjoyed that you go in and the routine is diverse to target lots of areas of the body.I like that I don't have to plan a workout. You can do it at your pace but still be inspired to work harder.

I loved that I was given guidance and not pushed to “go harder” than I could in the moment. I also loved that the instructor gave positive reinforcement as we were in class.
One and done. Good balance of strength and endurance. Coaches are fun and like the work. I Like the cool down addition lately and appreciate the full hour. When I started it was 45 mins. All good.
What’s there not to love! OTF has the best coaches, who play the best music! Everyone is constantly inspirational, positive and encouraging!
There's multiple ways inscruction is implemented from having a coach in front of you to a visual on the monitors of the movements. It keeps you involved and knowing the right movements. You do what's shown and what they say, and you get results, period. I've kept with it for over a year which is longer than any span of similar gym rat life and just lifting weights.
It’s intense and challenging and definitely pushes me to do more- coaches are awesome and very encouraging.
It's an hour to get in and get out. Also Sonja... She is beyond words awesome as a coach!

Orange Theory has exactly what I need. I have always been motivated by group workouts. Having to sign up for a class helps me commit to a workout. I love that the workouts have cardio as well as weight training. I feel so much stronger and fit since joining 2 1/2 years ago.
The coaches and OTF members have made me feel so welcome and encouraged. I was ready to join right away after that first class!
The community and staff at the Woodbury location are one in a million. I have been with OTF for probably 3-4 years now and every time I walk into the Woodbury studio I’m so happy I went to the gym. Love this place.

Lots of variety and a great environment. If I'm not feeling at the top of my game one day, there are easy to use variations to the excersizes that I can use.
I love that it's different every day, and that I'm being challenged and encouraged by the coaches and members.
Everything. I like that it one hour, I like that it combines weights & tread & row, I like the coaches who always motivate me AND they tell me what to do (I do not have to think too much😂), the music motivates me and the front staff is always welcoming.

I’ve tried many different workouts and OTF is hands down the best balance between cross training and cardio. I like that workouts change daily and remain challenging.
I like the structure of the class that allows me to follow clear directions. This structure however leaves room to choose my own level of intensity. With the expert encouragement of the coaches (all of whom are great), I feel like I always push my limits, which is why I came to OTF in the first place.
