Love the variety
I love the challenge - I would never work out that hard on my own at a gym. The instructors telling us exactly what to do and making it fun works for me.
great coaches
OTF might be the highlight of my summer!! I did sports all throughout high school, so I never had to worry about working out. I’ve been struggling to work on my fitness goals ever since then. I’m literally obsessed with OTF because I’m so so so busy that it’s perfect for me! I know it will only be an hour and I’ll get a good workout in. If I go to the crowded gym at my college I know that I’ll be so slow, waste my own time, and lose motivation. So, this has seriously been such a game changer for me! Cannot say enough good things about it! Everyone at the Grand Ave location is so sweet and makes me feel so welcomed!! I’m so happy that I’ve finally found something that works for me and that I’m able to start making progress towards my fitness goals :)
I love that it's a consistent way for me to get exercise, and all I have to do is show up and listen to the instructions. No planning beyond my schedule. I like that I get a variety of strength and cardio too.
It's accessible, clean, friendly, very efficient!
Feels like your own workiut
It's a guided workout, led by a fitness trainer. It's driven and keeps me working toward my goals without extra thought by me.
Everything
Changes all the time!
The energy and positivity of the coaches towards everyone!
The coaches and the programs are amazing!
Coaches have patience and work with you at your own pace if you are a begginer
It’s different every time and I am responsible for how hard I work.
I like the coaching and variety!
Great coaches, always a different workout
Like it because it is guided, intense and fun!!!
I love the camaraderie too!
I have really enjoyed OTF Plymouth. The coaches are wonderful- fun, helpful, and motivating. I workout regularly anyway, but go to OTF Plymouth to get pushed harder than I would on my own. And you can always count on a Coach Quinn joke or two to lighten the mood mid-workout. :) Highly recommend.
The trainers, the music and the energy!
I’m old but I’ve been a member for 7 years.
Love OT! 🧡🖤🧡
Fast paced and organized. Good energy from the rest of the group!
Everything! Each workout is unique for variety. The workouts are all challenging, but you decide how hard to push yourself to make it more or less challenging. The coaches are there to guide and support, they are not drill sergeants. I like how well rounded the workouts are with a good mix of strength, flexibility, balance and cardio. And the gym is a great environment to workout in. It's clean, high energy, great music, and other folks just there to get their sweat on and improve their health!
Everything! The variety, the group energy, the supportive coaches, the fact everyone has their own weight stack on the floor. My daily morning workout at OTF Burnsville is my sanity and my self-care. It's been fantastic for both my mental and physical health. I believe getting into the best shape of my life in my 50s is modeling healthy habits for my kids, plus I feel like I'm fighting the aging process. I'm not kidding when I tell others that I will be the 90 year old lady at OTF one day.
I enjoy the trainers, really motivating to want to get in and workout. Especially on days where it’s hard to get motivation to go, always know I’ll enjoy it. Anthony and Randy are great!
Trainers are amazing and super helpful! Great workouts every time!
The variety and energy
Engaging, time goes fast, teachers
Love the workout!
Great staff, tremendous workouts and the program I have ever been involved with.
The coaches are really great!!! And you know you have great coaches when it’s really hard to decide which class to go to because you have to pick between two coaches. I like the different format and the variety.
What I don't like is that there NO CONCERN for safety in the studio during the workout. It is absurd that jumping the rails is ok! I clipped someone foot while I was running bc they jumped the rails and there leg flung over my tread space. What was worse was when a member, who was running next to me a week ago, jumped the rails several times in order to answer a text messages!!! And nothing was said. If the coaches correct form in the weight room, they must also be trained and comfortable to enforce safety on the treads by simply saying before a walking recovery 'do not jump the rails, walking recovery in 3, 2, 1' Safety should be the utmost priority, and I'm shocked and irritated that it's not, and it's not only dangerous and physically damaging to the person jumping the rails and it puts others in harms way.
Thank you.
The coaches and it’s a switch workout.
