I like the community aspect, the coaches, and the variety I get in my workout!
I like the structure of the workouts. I feel they are quite balanced and get me to do things I wouldn't do on my own. The coaches and other members are very encouraging. It is often the highlight of my day!
The energy and accountability.
The coaches make the workout special. The energy they bring to help keep us motivated and finish the workout is excellent and possibly the best part. I've liked the recent addition of full body lift classes.

What don't I like? I love the fast pace, the loud music, that I don't do one thing for longer than 3 minutes, that I get in the zone, that I know when I have done "enough" because I have a scorecard. It is awesome! I probably recommend you too much:)

The coaches are great! Always so motivating and encouraging. I love getting in and getting to work. The variety of each class makes it so you keep coming back. Love our Woodbury location!

I've been an OTF member for 5 years, and I can still say that I look forward to working out! The workouts are well-designed, and the coaches are extremely motivational. From the fun challenges to the available fitness assessments and the option of lift classes, the support you can receive when working toward feeling your best is amazing <3
The encouragement from coaches and other members.
I like that i dont have to plan my workouts. The motivation and timing of the coaches is nice and the overall friendly atmosphere is great.
I like the variety of workouts. The only thing I would like to see more is coaches coaching, most of the act like cheerleaders. I have good form, but I see several people that would benefit from a coach correcting thier form or lower weight or challenging them to a higher weight.
It was a good workout.
I have tried a lot of different at home, boutique, and big box gyms. OTF is the most efficient use of a 60 minute workout I have ever found. The different workout templates keep it from getting boring & the large range of weights and modifications allow you to work with the coach to make it as difficult as you want or take it easy when needed.
The instructors are personable and make it a fun comfortable place to be.
Great workout the is different every time. You don’t have to think, just come in and work hard.
