I love the fact that OT offers a structured program with highly qualified coaches. Previously, I avoided any weights during a workout, but now, with the support from a coach, I enjoy weights. My 60 minute workout also includes a combination of low and high impact workouts, which I would not do in a regular gym.
Coaches are personable. Work at your own level. Community is friendly.
The variety of the workouts, the flexibility of scheduling. And the best thing is the coaches. Kelly is the most amazing human being and always wants the best for everyone. Lisa is upbeat and positive and Kay always keeps things fun!

I've been coming to Orangetheory Roseville for almost 2 years now. It was the best thing I did for myself through the pandemic! I had a injury from an intro course at another gym [CrossFit- literally they were teaching me how to use the equipment and I got tennis elbow from that!!!!! Sooo bad!!!!] So I was a bit skeptical at first. My best friend brought me in and I haven't left since! The coaches here and so fun AND they are skilled at finding modifications. I never feel pressured to try something that would not work for my body, but yet I feel challenged and I've gotten so much stronger since coming here. I absolutely love Orangetheory!

I like all the work outs but I do like endurance days!
I like that the workouts are different each time. I’m never bored! The variety of class times allow me to schedule my workouts with what works for me and I always have a spot in class. It keeps me accountable.
Variety without me doing the mental work to think of what to do, as long as I show up I know I'll get a great workout. Recently I've had some health issues and only doing cardio until my next surgery and the team always gets me a cardio spot to start class which is such a huge help.
I love OTF and it's the only gym/ Workout that has kept my attention!
Variety and coach enthusiasm. The fact that the workout can be tailored to fit your fitness level. Walk? Why not. Green day? Whenever you need it. Modified weights. Sure!
The workout pushes me to work harder than I would on my own. I don’t have to make any decisions about what to do next in my workout because they plan it for you. It keeps moving without any downtime so that you can accomplish your workout in 1 hour. Coaches are great, answer questions and keep the whole workout on track. The people who come to OT are great and you can meet new workout friends.

I love how motivating the coaches are (Austin has the best play lists!)! Love how friendly the front desk staff is. Love that every workout is different! Pretty cool that I’ve made new friends too:). OTF has been awesome for my mental and physical health! Thank you:)!
I find the format super motivating, and I love that I'm getting a full body workout every time I walk into the studio. I love that I can SEE my effort and push myself to get those splat points. I don't know how the coaches keep track of everything, but they do a fantastic job. It's nice to work in a group, everyone at their own pace, and have the coach watching form and helping guide me.
