I’ve worked out consistently for 20 years, and I’ve never really “liked” doing it- it was to keep healthy. That is until I joined orange theory. Now I look forward to it!!
I love the variety in the workouts; that the coaches are engaged and take a personal interest and the camaraderie of the regular members that attend.

I enjoy having the coach coaching us through the entire workout, whether it's on the treads, rower, or floor. The reminders on form, what muscle groups we're targeting, or even reminding us to breathe when lifting helps a lot.
All I have to do is literally enter the front door and I know I’m burning 500+ calories in an hour. I don’t have to think at all just do what instructor says and boom, I’m wrecked and feel like a million bucks walking out of there having completed a better workout than I have had since I was on the lacrosse team in highschool.
The workouts push me harder than I’d do on my own.
I do not need to think I just show up and do what I was told to do
I like the variety of the workouts from day to day, but also minute to minute during the class. It keeps me engaged and pushing towards my fitness goals.

The coaches and friendly staff. The coaches are really good at demonstrating and providing alternatives. I’ve never had a bad workout at Coon Rapids OTF because the coaches are the best. I’ve been to other OTF locations and we have the friendliest front desk too.
OTF offers a great workout that seems effective in building strength and endurance. I am definitely in better shape than I was when I started.

Love how amazing a workout it is and how kind the staff and coaches are! You work hard but feel encouraged by the people around you doing the same thing. Also LOVE the heart rate monitor that helps you know if you're over- or under-working yourself! Seeing the stats at the end of class is the reward, including how my Splat points you got! I've never joined a fitness studio before but I'm sure Orange Theory is one of the best!
It’s challenging, yet doable no matter your fitness level. No judgement and coaches are super helpful.
I would give a 10, but I don’t like how some people sign up for their friends who arrive at the gym later. If it’s first come first served for stations, it should be fair all across and should be monitored by the gym as such.

You ask me about OTF - Edina, and it will always be a 10. This is my studio I joined Feb 2017, and that I am extremely proud and loyal to this studio - even though I do take an occasional field trip to other studios :). The staff and coaches are awesome and I am just so proud to be part of this fitness community.
Also, calling out a newer coach - Jess. She is so great, I appreciate her coaching and is just an all around awesome coach as they all are.
Front desk staff - friendly, inviting, greets me when I walk in and says goodbye at night. And gets to know everyone.

I like the length of cardio and strength training.
I love the energy, the coaching and the structure of the workouts. All the coaches push you when needed but also keep it fun. even though we are working as a group it is also adjustable to your own pace or resistance.
Having a set schedule works great and I can be in and out in an hour and achieve a great workout. Front desk staff and all coaches know everyone by name and are really committed to your success.

The coaches and workouts are just the best!
I’ve been going to Orangetheory for 5 years and love it! The coach led workouts are the perfect mix of cardio and strength training, and the coaches are amazing! The workouts change daily so they never get monotonous and they are designed to focus on endurance, strength, power or a combination of all 3. I’m in the best shape of my life with these workouts.
It’s full body, challenging but doable! Never the same boring workout everyday.
I like the coaches and the group atmosphere.
It's the only workout that I have found that I look forward to doing. This has never happened in my entire life time (39 years).
