It all happens within an hour. I don’t have to manage my own workout - it’s guided and shared as a group. It provides a real full body workout. For me it’s only a mile from my home! The exercises, besides treadmill and rower, really address all upper and lower body muscles as well as balance. At age 67 it’s perfect for me, 2 to 3 times per week.

Variety of workouts, coaches, rowing
The workouts are fun and challenging. The time flies by while working out there. The coaches have a lot of good advice for techniques on the machines and free weights.
I like that I get a great workout in 60 minutes and don't need to think about what to do myself!
I like that it's a variety of exercises, and the treadmill running has goals that get me more excited. I didn't like that it was difficult to hear the instructor at times with the loud music.
Workouts are planned for you, so I don't have to think about it, the coaches are great, and there is lots of variety (no 2 days are the same)
I like that I don’t have to think they just tell me what to do and I just go! No planning. I also love the “family” feel at my studio.

Variety
Effective efficiency
Most of all I like the fact that the personal trainers care and will work with you to find the exercise programs that works for you. I also like that everyone move at pace that works for them and the trainers give great support. The facility is very clean. All of the staff is very nice and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. This is the best fitness center ever,
I like the intensity and direction. I like that the coaches keep us moving and on task. With the newer coaches, I would like to see them do a bit more coaching on form, especially on the rowers. Each class, I see people with really bad form. The coaches do a better job on the floor, but I haven't seen much coaching on rowing form since Ben was there coaching.
Where do I start! I was going to a gym where you could come and go on your own time and work out at your own pace but I wanted something more structured. Thus my adventure with Orangetheory. I have been going there a year now and this is what I can say from my experience. I like the fact that you have coaches that are there encouraging you (sometimes giving you a little push, if you would like) and helping you with your form to get the most out of your workout. The workouts are different everyday which keeps it fun. A big one for me is their cancellation policy for a scheduled workout. It holds me accountable to show up and not cancel at the last minute and I am always grateful that I went. The workouts are not only good physically but mentally as well. It has really helped me out in both aspects. Everyone of the coaches are wonderful. Before class they explain what your workout will entail for the next hour and guide you throughout the workout and they always bring it with great enthusiasm! I highly recommend OT Maple Grove!

The coaches! I can walk in without any plan and get a great workout and coaching. All I have to do is show up
People are friendly and the trainers are good if you are training on a event that is is coming year to come that they will help to get to that goal and get to the goal weight I would like to see the membership to drop more that I can go back i would like to continue on going to it to train more before April comes up to get my running in before 2026 usa games comes in to Minnesota I am trying to be trained in for that start now but I can not afford by me paying $80 it’s still to high for me with my finances scents I have very low budget of income I can afford that is less then 60 and 70 and 80 is still to high around my budget I would like to go at lest 12 times a month for $50 or $60 a monthly membership plan with my UCare card from Kristina Fritz
