I really enjoy the different stations of working out. Time goes by so fast and you dont even realize your tired until it stops!! Fun working out with a group and you are able to go at your own pace. Its the perfect class that help push me to do the things I would not normally do. Im so happy I found Orangetheory.
The accountability is the biggest thing. I have to be there every day, if I'm scheduled and if I don't want to let others down. I also love the community. The coaches are great. They all know who we are. And I love seeing the same people every day!
The variety! And that you can scale it to your skill/fitness level.
Patient customer service and support from staff. I like the varied blacks of weights and rower so I don't feel burned out.
The amazing coaches!! Steph, Leslie, Hilary, Tonya, Angie and so many others are incredibly supportive and motivating! I also love the blend of treadmill, rowing and weights with each class! I’ve been going to OTF for almost 5 years and the workouts are vital to both my physical and mental health.

I love that the workouts are planned. I enjoy not having to have to think about what to do and I love having my own set station to go to. There is no waiting for equipment. The atmosphere is so positive, the people are encouraging, and the workout is intense. I enjoy it so much I encouraged my husband to try it. He signed up for a membership after his first workout. I doubt we’ll ever go back to a traditional gym after being at Orange Theory.
I like that I have to be held accountable for scheduling a workout. I feel like I get an awesome workout each time I am in the studio.

I like everything.
It can be challenging, but I also don't have someone yelling at me to pick it up if I need to take it slower for a bit. I want the great workout, so I push hard, but I know when I need to dial it back a little, and the instructors have allowed me to do that as I work my way back into working out.
Jack was very helpful and always willing to help when needed.
The coach was great!
Staff is upbeat and welcoming. Coaches are enthusiastic and supportive without being in your face (and are accepting of modifications and light days if you need them). The workouts are consistently challenging without too much redundancy. And the community of members is strong.

Like the people, energy, motivation to work at a high intensity pace (time efficient). The latest thing that I believe will take me to my next level in fitness goals, are the lifting classes. Excited to incorporate these into my fitness routine.

I haven taken a class at Edina in a few years. Uptown closed down and Kat was great getting us transferred over.
Scheduled classes because for me, with non specific times I keep saying I’ll go a little later, then don’t.
A trainer to make sure I am doing the exercises right and encourage me to push harder.
I like the format but it could be improved to make it easier to line up the exercise with exercise outside of the class.
Coach Bridget is the reason I come to OTF. She is an incredible coach and even better person.
