The structure of OT classes are an interesting and valuable hour I now prioritize in my busy schedule. Hitting cardio and strength is the variety I want in my routines, seeing calories burn and my heart rate move on the monitors keeps things interesting, and guidance from coaches feels invaluable.

I love the mix of strength and cardio
I like the variety of workouts. I like the flexibility to adapt the exercises to what works best for me. I like the friendly atmosphere. People start to get to know each other and that makes it fun. I love the coaches and how much they know about the body/muscles and they coach you to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. I like the 30 second finishers. I have been a member for 4.5 years and that is remarkable. I can't imagine not going to OT at least 3-4/week.

It’s the best way to start my day at 5 AM. Good combination of cardio and strength. Varied workouts. Coaches all extremely supportive and give great tips/advice based on my abilities and goals. No judgement zone - just complete with yourself. Awesome way to burn off stress and stay mentally strong. Plus actual physical and mental results!

I love that its a full body workout in just one hour. Instructors are great and love all of the "regulars" that are there. It's like group fitness with a personal trainer. Best of both worlds!

I get a full body workout at Orange Theory. The exercises change so much to keep my workout interesting and yet focuses on each muscle group. I get a great cardio workout also!
