I like the group like setting with the instruction
I do like the workouts. However, some of the coaches don't watch form like they should. I will say, Coach Matt in Burnsville does a great job with that. I also think Simon does too. Sometimes I feel like my form could be off and I am subjecting myself to injury. I've also seen other people in the weight floor with poor form and not being corrected. My son was one of them.
It is very efficient. I have seen many benefits since starting 6 months ago.

The workouts are fabulous, love the constant variety of the floor routines. The coaches are helpful, motivating and always willing to help you fit the exercise to your ability.
Clean studio, high intensity, great coaches
I like the coaches and being able to go in around lunch. The work outs are well rounded and offer a nice variety.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are my preferred class days.
I miss going to Kellie's classes but her time slots don't work as well for me.
The coaches leading the workouts make all the difference! The variety of treadmill, rower and weights gives me a total body workout. The 60 minute classes go quickly and I feel I've accomplished alot when they're over.
I like the varied workouts, supportive and enthusiastic trainers, and ability to see my workout stats in the OTF app.

Orangetheory was suggested to me by a colleague. Joining was the best decision I have ever made for my health. The coaches are so friendly and really help you to feel comfortable in the classes and help you to build confidence in you abilities to reach goals you never thought you could achieve. My husband was impressed by seeing my transformation and joined and is very thankful he did.
I actually look forward to working out and can tell I’m getting stronger. The coaches are knowledgeable and fun - they make workouts addictive!

I love going with my mom. It is our time to bond, and smile while doing something good for our body. Orange theory spares the stress of having to organize your workout because you can trust it'll put you to work every time. Orange Theory is a non-judgemental environment. I just love bringing friends here!
It's challenging but doable. It's different every day and it's a community/family.
Supportive coaches, great members for my regular M-F 5 am classes. Challenges to keep me going and trying to learn more and make myself better. I love that I can do fitness consults when I need one - the coaches are there to listen and advise and it is amazing. I love that the classes change everyday, it’s never the same thing again. Signature workouts and benchmarks are super fun, too.
I like that it’s coach led and all you have to do is show up and do the work. Music mix is great, studio is clean, friendly people and coaches that are motivational and care. I love OTF.

Burning calories in a challenging and varied daily environment with good music and trainers to help push to the finish.
The coach led, group format and fitness tracking have prompted me to stay focused and motivated to workout. I would often lose interest in traditional gym formats and look for every excuse to miss a session, which would quickly snowball into not going at all.
