I really like the 2g workouts
Guided by coaches. Good mix of exercises between aerobic and weights. Rower is a big plus.
Great staff, the workouts are always challenging and changing so I don’t get bored. Great mix of cardio and strength.
Classes are directed, they change every day, preclass social time, everyone supportive of each other vs competing with others. Do what you can do whether you are in your 20s or 70s.

I absolutely love this orange theory studio! The coaches are great and get to know you, the front desk staff know your name and make you feel welcome.
The coaches are outgoing and will push you to get more out of you. I enjoy all the coaches and Robin-Anna-Trevor and Maggie are a lot of fun in class and also will give you attention when needed on the weights and form
I like the consistency of having a workout routine, classes that begin and end on time and personable coaches that care about you while you are in the studio, focusing on the work you are doing and helping you along on good days to power up and not so great days to help you get through. I am nearly relieved of my repetitive motion cycling injuries so I can feet back on it this spring!

I like that the workout can be tailored to my fitness level and is all mapped out for me.
A one-hour workout goes by fast. I don't have to think about balancing the right muscles when training with weights. The coaches always help me to push myself further than I would working out by myself. Coaches give advice on alternate options.
