You’re always updating and repairing the equipment. Also, you have multiple people cleaning everything all the time. Everyone at the front desk is willing to help or find someone who can.

Everyone at this small but active gym are approachable and friendly to talk to. The staff are helpful and they listen if you have a question. Conveniently located and easy access in and out of the parking lot. Close to where I work!

I only attend classes and the Instructors are THE best thing about our Athletic Club! These include Kim, Susan and Leona as they are the only ones that I know. All are very knowledgeable about how our bodies work and they are diligent in warming up and stretching afterwards!
They make me want to continue and become more fit for life! As someone who never attended a gym or a class, I feel much stronger and more fit over the year and a half that I have started going to their classes.
Each instructor is encouraging, supportive and accessible and I want to thank each of them!

The new facility is very nice. The new machines are great. Also the recovery zone has been very beneficial to me. It’s nice that’s it’s not dirty and smelly anymore. The sauna and compression sleeves really help me recover well.

New location is very nice. Locker rooms are spacious and clean. Equipment is in good working condition. Place is clean.
Great place to workout!
I like spacious and well-ventilated studios for group classes. However, the mirror in the yoga studio is only in the middle, so people with their mats on the sides don’t have mirrors.

Many the people at the front desk are very nice an accommodating.
Please air out the class room. It is used for all the classes, except, spin and needs to be aired out. Lots of sweat going on in that room.
I thoroughly enjoyed the band resistance class, thanks to the Etidal's guidance and expertise.
The workout was engaging, challenging, and really helped me get the most out of my exercise routine. I would definitely recommend this class to others looking to improve their strength and flexibility

...the pool is fixed / heater working! Locker room is civil - respectful. Gym is well equipped and I seldom have to wait for a given machine. Staff is helpful.
Make it so that everyone can attend all Powerhouse gyms, especially seniors. Those who have Silver Sneakers can only join certain facilities. I live very close to a Powerhouse, but was told they do not accept this particular program. So if I want to attend or work out at your next clostest gym, I must drive miles away from home. So unfair...some money has to be better than no money coming in from senior program.

Staff, facilities and cleanliness is fantastic! Stefani and Rihanna do a great job welcoming you at the West Bloomfield location. All the staff from the trainers to the guys that sweep the floor are fantastic. Bonus features... the facility is HUGE! Pool, basketball court and tons of space with every kind of machine you could ask for. Juice bar snacks and drinks available as well as 3 cold drinking fountains. When you go in to sign up you can choose different options to suite your needs and budget. Try it you'll like it.
