Equipment is great, weekday nights have the best staff. Thank you weekday night staff for chasing men out of the women's only area. Someone please teach the weekend girls how to use the mircrophone. Also thank you for switching up the music, it had been stuck on the same playlist for a long time. Most gym goers are good but there's too many people not putting away weights. Ego lifters leaving 16 plates on the leg press and walking away. Would be nice if the staff could walk around and remind people to put weights away. Also more air freshners for the mens locker room (why do people smell so bad???).

I like the size of the gym - not too big, not too small and the friendly staff. I also appreciate that I can go anytime of the day (or night) with my membership.

There is plenty of exercise equipment so you never have to wait for someone to finish.

I love the cleanliness, the windows, the choice of machines, the staff is warm, the clientel is well supported and happy,
It'd be nice to have better lockers that work, I'd prefer to bring my own lock rather than be locked out, even now when I know it is not my fault. The locker room is my biggesst pet peeve- wish you had a changing room, I dont love dressing in front of others.
Lately the music has been too loud
Machines may be broken as well and need to be up dated or fixed .
Would like more kettlebells.
Overall I feel like PH is my home! Thanks so much.

I love it. The new gym has so much dosce and new machines. Dtaff is friendly snd helpful. So many more amenities like a sauna, elevator and more.
The service is excellent the people that work there does a very good job explaining the equipment inside the gym they are always polite and kind that's why I rate it a number 10 thank you.
