the classes, the friendly staff and the overall improvements to the equipment. However the drawback is the cleanliness. the gym floor id horrific and the vents are filthy. No one ever dusts or vacuums them out.

Love the cleanliness and open layout. Employees are always super nice. Only small complaint is how warm the locker rooms can get. Likely from the sauna but other than that no issues!
The staff is incredibly supportive and nice to everyone. Family and I so are always greeted with a smile and some have begun friends.
I kindly ask for one more rope to climb, new concept 2 rowers, another assault bike and concept 2 Ski erg would be amazing. Buying in pairs is helpful for wait times and workout partners. Thanks love the gym

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Equipment is well maintained and facility is kept clean.
I mainly use the classes but I love them and would continue to use them. The West Bank Landing building is always clean and I haven't ever had any issues.
I appreciate all you've done lately in Torrington, the staff is excellent,but please put a little money into the men's locker room.

Very clean gym and great machines and free weights. Would love to see the sauna at 180° and higher benches than you’d be packed. IMHO.
