The gym is clean and well maintained with great classes.
The facility is clean and well cared for, the equipment is up to date and awesome. The staff are far beyond friendly. I work with one of the trainers, she is very professional, knowledgeable and concerned with my improvement and health.
Fitness Factory hits on all of the key gym essentials - Great equipment, clean/well kept, and friendly staff. I don’t take classes but they offer a nice variety of group training classes.
The new training room with kettle bells and modern equipment is fire.
Membership has increased recently so the overall energy of the gym has improved without being overcrowded.

Just getting started, but love it already! Friendly Staff, and my coach is amazing.
I enjoy the different classes offered. I also appreciate the roomy facility which prevents overcrowding. I like the fact that there is a day care which enables moms to work out while their kids are taken care of. So far, I have had a good experience at the gym. No issues or concerns at this time.
