Front desk is very nice and helpful. Machines are always working, clean, and not crowded in the morning.
I like that you have invested in new cardio equipment by replacing the 2 recumbent bikes that did not function properly. Keep replacing the machines that do not work. Also, perhaps consider investing in the multi use weight machine in the back because it is very popular which leads to waits for it, and it is very old and at times is broken. Also, dumbbells in the back corner on the turf are soooo old and raggedy you can't even tell what weight they are! They need to be replaced sooner than later. The gym hours are reasonable and the locker rooms are clean.
The MAC provides the opportunity to stay fit as I age but also encourages my motivation. I love the classes and teachers who know their subject and I trust them to correct anything I’m doing that could result in injury. I’m also looking forward to some of the new offerings that are coming soon in the way of treatments!

Location is always clean. Equipment is modern and usually everything is working. In the case any equipment breaks down, it is repaired quickly within a few days. The hours are also convenient for a workout before work, or late night.
Group classes!
I've been going to this Fitness Factory for a coupe of years now. A great gym. However, some of the equipment is starting to age, especially the machines when you first enter. The grip on one is torn and a number of the rep and time monitors don't work. Still a great gym.
Absolutley love the gym and the classes being offerred. I have recommended 3, technically 4 people to you guys and they also love the gym. "Hilary Hoyos, Emily Peguero, and Rafael Pacheco" Also Claudia Almeida who did sign up with you guys but she actually ended up exempting her membership due to personal reasons. Nevertheless I do love your guys gym and the group classes you offer very much as It has unlocked my appreciation for group workouts. I would like to see you guys implement a give back program though for customer like me for example who shout you out quite a lot.

Besides being a very good facility, they have a great assortment of Free Weights and Machines, a sauna, a Lap Pool great locker rooms and showers, a basketball court, and they offer yoga classes! They pretty much have everything one would need! Plus the staff is knowledgeable, courtes and helpful!
