Walk in nail trimming! Fast and reasonably priced.
Absolutely the best place to bring your pet to! We have had daily visits and most recently a week long visit, never felt better leaving home before. This place is just awesome and they care about your pet and give you updates on how your pet did during their stay.

I have been a customer at All American Royal Oak for almost 2 years and it has been a great experience overall. Having said that, I do have one issue that needs attention.
Our family has 2 dogs (Stewart and Hitch). Stewart has been visiting AAPR-RO from day 1 and he absolutely loves it (and the staff loves him).
Hitch joined our family in May and has been to AAPR-RO close to 10 times in 2020 (combination of day care and boarding). Hitch has ALOT of energy and I know that AAPR would be a great resource to help him burn the energy and get more socialization with other dogs. However, that has not been the case...Hitch still is categorized as "under observation" due to his excited nature and has not been included in group play or socialization programs. Due to the pandemic, I feel Hitch has regressed in his dog socialization skills (outside of Stewart). This has put Hitch in a difficult situation: he needs needs the programs offered by AAPR, but he is not yet allowed...and I don't know when it is going to change.
I understand 2020 has been a crazy year and your top priority is to provide a safe environment for all dogs...which I greatly appreciate. I know Hitch would benefit/thrive if given the opportunity to do more programs, just as Stewart has experienced.
Please remember, I am not angry and gave AAPR-RO a top score...but you asked for feedback and I felt it was time to be honest with you. Thanks for listening.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Only used it twice but they know my dog already. He runs in when we get there!
