We have used only the boarding service. Pet Resort does a good job. Your pet is thoroughly vetted before being accepted...which is comforting by knowing that all pets are being checked out. The attendants are very courteous and appear to be very knowledgeable. We have used Pet Resort a number of times and our experience has always been very good.

My senior dog received excellent care, which was not easy since she'd not been at the Resort for a very long time.
When I leave my small dog at the Pet Resort, I can completely relax about his stay. He loves being there-he's always leading a little pack of small dogs busily racing around when I see him on the camera, and then totally resting when he's back in his cubby. EVERY caretaker that I've met loves the dogs and treats them as if they do.
They take of my dog like it was one of their own!!
Ease and professionalism
I loved that I was able to check in on Lily throughout the day and watch her play via the webcams. All of the staff that I interacted with at drop-off and pick-up were super friendly.

Communications from the staff about my puppy's health, comfort, and behavior were timely and comprehensive! Watching on the camera, I was impressed by the kind but firm way the staff managed the dogs at play, keeping them safe and comfortable.

It made my life so easy!! And my corgis were clean, trimmed, and so fluffy when I picked them up. Also, it made me feel very comforted and safe that my pups were in such good care.

We are always comfortable leaving our pup with All American Pet Resorts. Their Royal Oak staff is very accommodating and kind. Our pup always has a great time when he's there and the staff are always caring towards him. We're so happy we found such a great place to leave our guy while we're away.
My 9 month old puppy loves it there! He goes twice a week and is so excited when we get there. That’s all I need to know. The staff I’ve met treats me and Fauci very well.

I use the daycare services and I couldn't be happier. I started with my 8 month old bull mastiff and she LOVES to go to daycare. She starts sitting up in the car within a block, jumps out of the car (usually she needs to be coaxed) and actually pulls me in - tail wagging! All the personnel knew her by name after the first week. I feel that overall she is safe, happy and best of all comes home exhausted from her play times there as well as her one on one time with the staff. Have already recommended this location!
