The staff are wonderful! They take very good care of your dogs. The kennels are clean and bright sunlight in the area. They get potty breaks .
I know my dog is well cared-for and that I don't have to worry about him when he is with you. I have been using AAPR and its predecessor kennel for over 30 years. I know you'll do what's necessary, even if that means taking my dog to the emergency vet outside of business hours. My only complaint is that the Royal Oak kennel doesn't board cats!
We have brought three different golden retrievers to All American for boarding, daycare, and grooming over a period spanning a dozen years. We have always been pleased with the level of care that they received. Our current Jasmine practically drags me across the lobby when we arrive for daycare, and I enjoy watching her in play group via the web camera. I have and will continue to recommend All American Pet Resort Royal Oak to friends.

I enjoy watching on the webcam so you can see that your fur babies are being taken care of properly. I also enjoy seeing them at playtime with other dogs, and usually you'll see whichever employee is out there will give the dogs some love which is great.
The entire staff seems to be very knowledgeable, but just as importantly, they seem to love and care about dogs!

That you have cameras so we can see our furry little family members! I like the fact that they have their own enclosed space for sleeping and resting, and then can join others outside or in the play room to run around with the other dogs!
They are always friendly when calling to check in on our pup, Odin. Seem to take very good care of him
