On how accommodating is your stuff. After PetSmart cancel on us for OVERBOOKING (3 days before our flight) As soon I stepped in your location the front desk Ladies look for the best accommodation for our Boogie and give me a tour , I was sold in a minute, all the space you have for the little ones to run around and the attention to them, We also love that you’ll have this convenient drop off before our flight at 7 am. On our way back home 5 days later our Boogie was so happy and clean. He also said HE LOVED IT .We have had the best experience at you Resort,

I loved the cameras and play time 3x daily.
I loved that I can watch their play time. It was important to me that large and small dogs have separate group times, made me feel more comfortable. I really appreciate the bath before pick up as well.

First off I love that the staff is very helpful especially Taylor and Meredith. I love that we got to see our baby on the webcam and when you call Taylor made his stay inviting.

I highly recommend AAPR to anyone looking for a place for their dog to stay in the Rochester area while they're away. It truly seems like a home away from Home for my dog, Scout. I love that we can check in on her throughout the day via webcams. The staff seem to really love dogs and do a phenomenal job taking care of them!

We just started daycare but everyone has been so sweet to my pup. They are so accommodating with my work schedule and have made me feel more at ease by knowing my pup is in good hands while I am work.
