My German Shepherd has been coming to Pet Resort Dallas for almost 5 years now and there is no question it is the right call. Even after I have moved farther away, we still make the drive to Pet Resort Dallas because I have absolutely no concerns about the quality of care she receives while she's there. The staff are all extremely friendly and take the time to get to know each of the puppies in their care. As I sit in the lobby, I watch how they know almost every dog by name and their particular likes/dislikes. I have recommended several people to Pet Resort Dallas and anyone who has ever taken that recommendation has called me about how wonderful it is to be associated with a facility whose staff works as hard as they do to provide a great experience!

I love the hours of operation, the pet suites and how the staff really share the experiences the fur babies get on their social media accounts and texts. Wonderful Experience beginning with making the reservation through the pick up of our dog. The facility is very professionally run, well maintained and clean. I especially enjoyed being able to watch the dog play time while we were away via your app. I feel very confident knowing that our dog has a place to stay that keeps her safe & happy.

Best boarding service anywhere! Most places nickel and dime you to death; Pet Resort Dallas charges a flat fee for boarding, playtime, and snacks. And I love that they have cameras everywhere so you can watch your baby all day.
Plus, the employees there really seem to love what they do!

The entire staff at Pet Resort Dallas is dedicated, friendly and trustworthy. We leave our dog there for extended periods to travel. She is our “child”. We feel confident in her care. Also the 24 hour supervision is crucial.
