My fur kiddo has been going to Pet Resort Dallas for the past couple of years full time, and I can without a doubt say, they're truly the only other humans that I trust with my high needs ween dog. I love the hours of operation, the pet suites and how the staff really share the experiences the fur babies get on their social media accounts and texts. I look forward to all the events they do each year that helps give back like the donation drives, halloween costume contest, pet of the month and (of course) your fur babies BIRTHDAY!

Wonderful Experience beginning with making the reservation through the pick up of our dog. The facility is very professionally run, well maintained and clean. I especially enjoyed being able to watch the dog play time while we were away via your app. I feel very confident knowing that our dog has a place to stay that keeps her safe & happy.

Best boarding service anywhere! Most places nickel and dime you to death; Pet Resort Dallas charges a flat fee for boarding, playtime, and snacks. And I love that they have cameras everywhere so you can watch your baby all day.
Plus, the employees there really seem to love what they do!

The entire staff at Pet Resort Dallas is dedicated, friendly and trustworthy. We leave our dog there for extended periods to travel. She is our “child”. We feel confident in her care. Also the 24 hour supervision is crucial.

I've been going to Pet Resort for about 2 1/2 years and you always make me feel welcome and you treat my dogs like they are your own. Drop off and pick up is quick and easy. Your policies seem fair and your communications with me are always clear and timely. Your facilities always seem clean. Love this place! Nothing bad to say. Super clean, fantastic, caring staff, cameras, large indoor and outdoor facility. My dogs have been going since they were pups.
The facilities and staff are excellent. I'm comfortable leaving my baby there without any worries. They have been amazing in handling any issues that have ever come up. They have an emergency vet if there is ever the need. My girl always comes back home, happy, groomed, and fresh as a daisy.
