The boarding was terrific.

The staff is very friendly and seems to love our dog (he loves them for sure). And when we drop him off, he is excited to be there and get inside to play with the other dogs.

The personal attention that my dog gets from the employees always. They all greet her with enthusiasm and my dog Abby is very excited with tail wagging to walk inside. The interaction with other dogs is wonderful socialization for her even in buddy walk time. Abby always comes back home tired and ready to chill for the night. Additionally, the late pick-up option comes in handy at a low cost
The facility was very clean and the staff helpful.
That the dogs are watched 24/7 and have a report card and play mates. The environment inside and out is very clean and welcoming for dogs.
I like that the staff inform us about Gemma's behavior and follow our instructions to keep her healthy and safe.
T.J. was taken care of and cared for by loving and dedicated employees. I was very happy he had a great time. He showed no stress of being away from home. I could watch the video cam's while he was there. However, the camera in small dogs 1 was down for 3 days and could not see him in his kennel. With this being said I think you should of taken the small dogs from camera 1 and placed then in camera 2. There was plenty of open kennels at this time in small dogs 2. For further stays I will request a kennel that is on camera so I can view him in full range of his kennel stay. Otherwise, he enjoyed his stay with his play time pals.

The facility is clean staff friendly and cheerful. The outside cameras i can see on mobile phone. After her bath katie smelled wonderful.
We have used All American Pet Resort Canton twice now. The following are reasons we would recommend them to others for boarding needs: Clean and bright environment, ability to check in on our dog via webcam online, indoor and outdoor play areas and friendly, helpful staff.
We just tried the day care last week for the first time and we are completely satisfied. This coming Friday our 2 dogs will be boarding for 5 days so I am looking forward to see how they do. I have to say the orientation process with Katrina was a wonderful experience. The facility is absolutely spotless as well. Looking forward to many more experiences at this lovely facility. Everyone really seems to love the pets. They are always so excited to see my pet, and she,seems super happy to be there...a great sign! Plus I like that we can pick her up at any hour, any time, and that someone is always there, a lot of other facilities don't do that. Great staff!
