We really like the live streaming cameras so we can watch our dog during playtime. It gives us peace of mind while we are away. Our dog gets very excited when we tell her she is going to All American. She is always clean and happy when we pick her up after her stay. The staff are very friendly and seem to really enjoy the dogs and put their heart into their work.

Since this was the first time we ever boarded our dogs, Joyce updated us frequently about the dogs with pictures and other updated. They customized their care according to our dogs' behavior and needs. The possibility to watch their playtime on camera was a great extra.

Loomis seems relaxed and happy when we pick him up...I will say the last visit you did not give him his flat cat toy with no squeaker that you had approved for him to have in his kennel in the past & his box of mini milkbones that you have always opened & put in his basket outside his slider & that I tell you guys to give him & share with the other dogs as you see fit were never opened. Little details like that I would like to see be improved upon next time but I will bring him back bc in the end I believe he is always safe and happy!

Facility was very clean. Appreciated the webcam so we could check in on our dog during our vacation. I wish the dogs were let out of their kennel a little more throughout the day. I think he liked play time, but for the most part, he was in his kennel and looked bored when we'd check on him. Overall, though, I felt he was well-cared-for and would bring him here again.
