I love how clean the facility is. Is doesn’t smell of dogs in anyway!! The staff loved my dog and made me feel extremely comfortable leaving him there for almost a week. I also, loved the idea that I was able to check on him and watch as he was playing with other dogs.
The grooming was very good. I would have like to seen the top of his hair cut like I requested and it was still long. Other than that he was clean and we left very happy.. Thank you all for your loving my dog! I will defiantly be bring my dog back!!!!

Such a kind, good vibe from the caretakers! I drive 30 miles out of my way to leave Indy at the All American Pet Resort-Royal Oak. I do not have to worry when Indy is in their care and there is no higher compliment. The facility is extraordinarily clean and they even have accommodations for little dogs up by the desk. Indy is used to being by my side so I know this is a comfort to her. Highly recommend!
The group of dogs playing together in the yard is a good sign. Staff pay attention and take good care of their guests.

My dog is just as happy going in to the Pet Ritz as he is leaving. So that means, he's pretty happy and treated very well by the staff.
It was our first time boarding since our usual place was booked. Our dog was happy and healthy there. He is a senior so it was important that he was comfortable. We would definitely board him there again.
Great people, everyone seems to love what they do. Beautiful build out and love the outdoor space. Only negative is that it smells like urine when you enter the building.
I love bringing my dogs here, the only reason I wouldn't recommend to my friends is because I want there to be availability for boarding when I need it. ;)

I like that everyone knows our dog, Cubby, and how it seems like Cubby is the customer. When we walk in to drop off, the staff greets Cubby by name and is happy to see him. When we pick him up, I like that all we have to do is say, "we are here to pick up Cubby." Our last name is not needed to look up our account. It makes me feel like we are part of a small little doggie community/family. I feel like everyone who works there loves Cubby. They know how much he eats and when. Once, Cubby did get an upset tummy and Pet Resort Dallas contacted us. I felt that Pet Resort Dallas cared so much and I was comfortable that they would handle his care while we were away.
