Per our conversation, we did not earn a 10! That was very nice of you, but we did not hold up our end of the bargain. You’re right; any dog that stays with us for 4 or more nights receives a complementary bath prior to check out.

The staff is friendly and efficient. I like the play times and potty walks offered for my dog. My dog seems happy to go to day care and happy when I pick her up.

Everything you offer us for our beloved family members! Wish we could obtain a membership, maybe which would give us folks who need you often, a little more of a discount... Gets expensive for single income folks. But, the care is awesome, so I guess you get what you pay for, and your Resort is a ***** place! Thanks for all you do for our Lola and Lexi!! Xoxo
Our dog was boarded here for 15 days during a family vacation. This was the first time we have ever boarded an animal. The staff was friendly to us and our dog on our pre-visit and reassured us on drop off day. We loved to be able to see him on the live webcams in his kennel and playing with other dogs during the play time. Upon pick-up we were given the report card and the tips for getting him back into a home routine which were very helpful. Having the peace of mind that he was being well cared for was very important to us.

Boarding: I love that I can watch the events of the day. I love that when I pick up Caesar, he is cool, calm, and collected. I know that he has had a great time; albeit tired from all the running around and playing. It is a totally stress free environment for our pets!! I HAVE recommend AAPR to many of my friends.

I felt like my dog was very well taken care of! I went on vacation and felt ok knowing she was in good hands and got the care and attention she needed.
The people taking care of the pets are amazing and caring. It's easy to see that they are all pet lovers as well and show it to our pets. We have used AAPR Canton two times and will continue to do so. Our doggies are always well cared for and happy while they are in the care of the wonderful staff in Canton. I have already been telling all my local friends about the wonderful service we always receive at AAPR Canton.

Lucky always returns happy, energetic, and in good shape. Everyone there is friendly and seems to love the dogs. We feel that it is of the greatest importance that Lakeshore has overnight supervision, as many kennels do not.

My Irish Setter does not always do well in boarding, particularly since she is now 9 years old. She loves attention and needs gentle care. She was so happy at All American Pet Resort when I checked on the webcam. Great staff who gave her everything she needed. I am very happy with the flexible service and attention she received. I will definitely board her there again.
The personal is absolutely fantastic and caring. Maddi is well loved and taken care of when I leave her in your care.
Boarding was great but we were told our dogs would get a bath before we pick them up. This never happened and our dogs reeked of pee. We had to bathe them ourselves when we got home.
