Professional and the place smells clean. My Daughter loves that she can go online and view the Dogs and for me they do not seem stressed out or depressed when I get them. I have not used the grooming service so this is Boarding & Daycare. I have mentioned your place to several of my friends.

Our dogs are alway wildly excited to go back. We don't have to worry about them, but if we want to, we can check up on them online. They get very good care and they love everyone who works there. It's a great alternative for the dogs when they can't go with you on trips and it's a great break for them to go for day care and get out of the house for a change while we go to work. We love you guys!!
I am confident Luke and Harley are well cared for when I go away. It's a great relief knowing I don't have to worry.
All staff are fantastic, the dogs love coming to visit and are always excited to get in to everyone. Being able to check in on the dogs via the webcams gives us great piece of mind and they always come home happy and exhausted from all the playtime
Personnel are always very friendly. Coco loves going there to play with his puppy friends. We have referred other friends already.

I love getting a report card, it shows the employees are actually paying attention to my babies. I also like that they get outdoor playtime and that I can watch them on the web cam. It gives me a piece of mind knowing they are enjoying themselves.
It's very clean, organized and the staff is really nice. Play time looked like fun for the dogs. Stephie came home happy but hungry. think she was nervous her first time.

I like the opportunity to watch my dog, usually, on camera. On her last visit she wasn't in a room where I could see her but could at play.

Boarding services were great, just wish I could have seen Tia clearly. Camera angle did not allow for that, so could only see her if she was up walking around. Staff friendly and helpful.

Ruby had fun during play time and was well care forduring her stay. We lost a fill-able bone... but stuff happens. Extra food, treats and a chew bone was given to me when I picked her up... thanks
I was very pleased with the boarding facilities. My only complaint is that my dog was bathed and not combed out. It caused a severe matting in the "rear" area. MAJOR problems- I will spare you the details. I will request no bath on our next visit and plan for him to go straight to his groomer.

Every one is kind, friendly and caring. Most of all I believe my pet enjoys his stay at the resort. I always get good reports when I return.
