I could see that my dog, Otis, was happy and enjoyed his time there. The cameras gave me piece of mind that he was okay. Also, the staff were very polite and understanding that leaving your dog is like leaving your child for a week.

The facility is clean and modern, the staff is friendly, remembers us even after long times away, they are great with Frenchie, She appears to be well cared for when she returns to us.

Staff is very friendly and very helpful, I like that they take the dogs out at least 8 times a day. I like that there accessible 24 hrs a day.
I do wish the video cameras were a little more accessible because when we were in Vegas we could not access the cameras a lot because had a hard time connecting to them. Otherwise very very satisfied.
Everyone at AAPR does a great job taking care of Buster, Kate and Chuma. They know each ones likes and habits and give very individualized care. We love everything about AAPR and so do they.
My dog is very happy there. When we are driving down the road to drop her off and we get in the vicinity she realizes where she is going and jumps up and down in excitement.
Play time! Buddy gets more exercise there than home! Also, snap shots via text! The best!

We recently boarded our 3 dogs for a second time at Lakeshore Resort in Roseville. One of our dogs has special medical needs and this facility has been able to provide the care needed, going over and above when necessary to ensure my pets health needs are met. The hours you are open and having a person at the facility 24 hours a day. Also, most important my dog seems to enjoy his stay.
