The staff is dedicated, truly love dogs and the dogs return their love. Our very sensitive GSD who is used to be. and go everywhere with us never fails to say goodby to each staff member he sees before leaving to go home. If it were not for APR of Fort Myers we would limit our tine away from Thor drastically. Thank you for what and how you do it. As far as grooming Thor has only had showers with us. He allows APR to groom him.

I needed to leave town on short notice and they were able to accommodate my very old dog with many health issues. She needed eye drops twice a day in both eyes plus medication for skin allergies. I left them a pound of deli ham to wrap pills to get her to take meds. This was my first time using this kennel. With only a day notice they listened to my concerns and I was able to leave her there for 8 days just before Thanksgiving. They were booked for the holiday and I promised to pick her up early on the Wednesday of Thanksgiving holiday. Thanks to the care Giselle received, I had no problems.
I use your grooming it is great. Do not use your daycare because you don't provide a half-day. Just want time for my dog to be social for a while because she has to be on a lead here and is not on the lead at home. We are snowbirds wish you would offer a half-day program.

The are very dog friendly and concerned about my 4 poodles. They are talened individulas and pay attention at all times. I recommend Towles K9 to anyone who asks me for a good/great kennel or day care.

I love how happy my "boys" are when they arrive and when they come home. When we pull up out front they know where they are and immediately get excited climb over me and can't wait to get out of the car and go inside!! They always come home smelling clean, even when I don't have them groomed. On the last visit my friend came with me and she was so impressed that it didn't smell like dog!! It was fresh and clean and believe me they had a full house! I've used all of their services and am 100% satisfied.
Cleanliness and great customer service.
We love that there are attendants 24/7 when we board Koko...We feel he is very safe. Koko loves to spend time in daycare playing with other dogs his size and resting when he is tired. Again, supervision is what we appreciate as well. Koko's grooming is fantastic...he always looks his best after grooming.
Staff was there 24 hours a day. Very attentive to my pet and her needs. Report card was a nice touch. Watched my pet interact with other pets for her first experience at this & went well thanks to the staff. Very clean!
I'm happy to take Oso for grooming each month at the Towles Club K9, simply because Miss Debbie does such a fantastic grooming job. She always asks about any desired changes when we check in and her care has won my little fellow over. She and all the other employees are efficient, pleasant, perky and of course, efficient! The atmosphere is a happy one and it is obvious everyone there really cares about my little OSO. That's very important to me.

I like to view my dog while I'm away to see that everything is okay. Everyone who interacts with the dogs seem to be very caring and truly love animals.
Loved that they loved our Misha as much as we do. One young girl said we could not take her home. She always stayed with friends when we went away. She is now 10 and this was her first time in the multiple dog/kennel environment. We were terrified. She loved it, we loved it.

Towles K-9 Resort has always been very accomadating whether it's last minute boarding or an emergency extra day stay. The whole staff is awesome!

Everyone there is very kind and pleasant and I feel confident when I leave my baby with y'all that she will receive the bast care possible, short of being at home with me. Debbie and Chelsea do a fabulous grooming job. I wish I could personally thank everybody!
