Your facility is very clean, very roomy, very oriented to the comfort of the dogs with raised beds, I love the cameras, I love that they have playtime followed by rest, your staff is always friendly and helpful, and in a nutshell I have complete trust for the well-being of my two dogs when they're with you.

We love All American! Our dog loves going to All American so we never have to feel bad when we leave her! The staff all know her by name when we walk in and are always very friendly and helpful! The grooming is really convenient and reasonably priced! We would never go anywhere else!

The webcams were an excellent tool to help relieve my anxiety over leaving Rilley. I was able to view the play times and see him interact with the other dogs. I would see him return to his "suite" and lay full out on the floor. That assured me Riley had lots of exercise as well as fun. I was also able check in on Riley before I went to bed to see that he was sleeping on is bed comfortably. It was also very nice to pick up Riley clean, shiny, and happy to see us.
I really liked being able to see group play via webcam and I enjoyed getting the report card. My only complaint would be that it was our first time boarding our dog and I was under the impression we would be able to see him via webcam all the time but his room was not visible. I wish I had been told this prior to not being able to locate him.
I love that everything is included for one flat rate. I like the cameras throughout as well. Top notch boarding and we will definitely use you again!

I like that someone is there 24 hours. I also like that I can select what I want for my dog as far as activities and extra treats. I love being able to watch him on the cameras. You guys are great.
Doesn't matter what I like, it's the dogs who go spastic when I tell them they are going to the resort. They can't wait to get inside when we get there. With the group playtime, I'm sure they get more attention there than they get from me at home all day.
