We have been coming to all American Pet Resorts for many years with several different dogs, starting in the Brighton facility, it has always taken care of our pets with the greatest of care, Grea Clean Facilty and great staff.
Abby is always so excited to go to "camp," it makes me realize she gets lots of attention and has fun. The employees all seem to be very cheerful and happy to interact with all the dogs, it makes me feel very secure that she is well cared-for.
Our dogs had to be boarded during a remodel of our bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful.I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The help is very nice and friendly. They make your pet feel important. Our dog looked great and was happy to see us when we picked her up after her first time or overnight stay 7/10-7/12. I was disappointed that the cameras were not working that weekend but realize that things happen that you have no control over. Her groomer did a great job but I was a surprised that the price charged was higher then what was quoted to me when I dropped her off. Overall it was a great experience ad we will do it again.
excellent daycare
We brought our two small dogs for daycare.
Felt confident leaving them. Although, they appeared to be frightened and stayed with each other did not socialize. I think they need to come back more often to become accustomed to the environment.

We have utilized their boarding, grooming, and day care services for the past 6 years and could not be more satisfied.
