Never have used service
Our dogs love staying there! When we pick them up no matter how long we have been gone they are always happy and content. The staff does a GREAT job with the dogs even texting us pictures and updates. They truly care about all their furry friends!! I would recommend this place to everyone looking for boarding!
Security. I know my dogs are not going to get loose or slip out a door. I know there's someone there 24/7. Cleanliness. I know my dogs are staying on a spotless kennel and playing in a very clean yard. Quality of staff. I know Joni has built a team around her high standards of quality care.
The facility, the employees
The care and love you give Bo and Callie. They like coming to stay. All the folks are great with the dogs.
My dogs run to the door to go inside as soon as we arrive (unlike the vet where they try to turn tail and run away as soon as they realize where they are) There is plenty of interaction with other small dogs and playtime. The staff is always friendly and greets me as well as the dogs cheerily.
I like that there is someone there 24/7, both for my convenience and for the attention to my dog.
I also like that there is group play time, but also time for Bella to be alone to rest.
Personal attention to my pets needs, security camera viewing
My dog is happy to go and easy to get scheduled. I would like to be able to login to enter dates without all the personal info everytime.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. We got to step into the viewing area and see the types of suites you offer. 24 hour availability is a great idea, especially being so close to the airport. I also like the socialization times you have so my dog can enjoy being with other dogs.
She comes back home healthy and happy.

Everyone was very friendly, everything was very clear and explained well, enjoyed watching him when I could on the camera, it was simple and very helpful, I may even bring Dex back to just play at camp for a few hours...
