I like the people behind the scene: Joanie and her twosome (she knows the two) are very efficient. You have to know something about John and I - We have had dog and dogs are married life; which means, we know daycares and kennels. Pet Resort is very accommodating especially during the holidays and weekends. ONE REASON WE KEEP RETURNING. Your facility also appears clean. Your people (new and people that have been there) are just nice.
The only area (which I have mentioned before) which needs improvement and I BELIEVE is resolved is feeding time. There have been times that food came back when there should have been zero. Again, I've talked to Joanie about this. Second issue, I would work on the cameras. One other reason for returning was the cameras. I love to see my dog having fun.
Overall, You guys are the best!! I do refer. I also like how strict you are about shots. Mia has come home with a cough before ... not good. But, I believe, you guys do your best.

The staff are very friendly and take excellent care of my dog! I know Chloe is going to be well taken care of whenever I drop her off, which makes me feel a lot better about leaving her. Also, Chloe loves it too. Whenever we pull up to the pet resort, her tail starts wagging.
Everything that you do there at All American Pet resort is supreme. The finest facility we have ever used.

Joanie specifically, but the rest of the team is fantastic as well. Feel like they know my dog and like him and want him to be happy and healthy when he stays there. Unlike a lot of other places, I usually get good feedback on his behavior and mental state when I come to pick him up.
I utilize all the services at AAPR. I never worry that my two pets are not receiving top notch care.

I love that the staff knows my dog by name and how well they receive him each time he arrives. The only issue I have and feel extremely strongly about, is being charged a half of day fees when I was 15 minutes past the 24 hr mark. I can understand being charged something but not a full half day of fees, especially given how much we frequent. TY!
I like that you are open 24 hours,and that someone is always there 24 hours. Everyone was very friendly when I called to check on my two dogs everyday. They were always very professional. It was our first time boarding so was a little nervous about the whole experience. They did a good job of making me feel like they would take good care of my dogs.

Loved the webcams and to be able to see our boys play and to sleep. Anytime I called to check in they were super helpful. our boys are picky eaters and they were so great to help them to be as comfortable as possible
Easy, clean and very professional!
Awesome staff. I don't know how they do it. My rottie Luke is wild and never runs out of energy and they handle him with a hug and a smile. He loves the staff and loves going there!! Thank you
