Yoga has become my favourite part of the day. Each teacher at dynamic has something different to offer. Each practice is fulfilling and grounding.

What do you like about our services?

I went to Triona’s class on Monday and am looking forward to coming back soon. Triona was very welcoming and showed great awareness of her clients and their varying abilities. She can both push you to further practice, and accommodate if experiencing injury/limitations. I also loved that the class size was small enough to allow for one-on-one posture adjustments. It definitely feels like more of a community than a class, you can tell the instructors care about everyone’s growth.
