beautiful facility, lovely knowledgeable staff
Hey Dynamic! Love hot core class on Sunday mornings and I like classes that focus on posture, but I wish it wasn't every class. I'm ready to get moving! When Triona taught it, I would say it was a little less than a hot athletica class in intensity. Now, I would say most of the time it's a little more than hot yoga. Let's kick up the intensity!!

Hot yoga
Hot studio room. Great workouts.
I love how friendly instructors are and I LOVE the hot athletica class the most, closely followed by the hot yoga class. I also love the schedule, the 5:15 and 6 o clock classes fit in perfect with work schedules. I especially like the 11 o clock athletica class on Saturday, it allows me to sleep in and get my work out in!! Really excellently designed schedule! :) I also love loveeee the hot room! Nothing but positivie comments from me :)

early morning fitness class is great, time works well with my schedule, Triona is a great instructor -- very knowledgeable and attentive, always watches us do the exercises and offers adjustments and modifications. Really good group dynamic among participants.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Facility is great. I like the "extra" touches (hair bands, cotton pads, etc in the change rooms...especially the hair bands because I sometimes forget to bring one).
The studio is a nice space and very clean. I liked that the class wasn’t packed and too crowded. It was very convenient for me to be able to sign up and pay online. Lady at the front desk was friendly and showed me around for my first visit
