Friendly personnel, flexible class hours fits into my daily schedule, all instructors are really into what they do and so knowledgeable, workouts can be tailored to suit conditioning and/or injury to ensure the best outcome, encouragement from trainers is a helpful to me for a good workout - bonus (I work out harder at the gym than I ever would if I had a gym in my home), good morale of all instructors and staff (cheerful, pleasant place to spend some time). The facility is wonderful - both the studio and gym are well designed and equipped, very clean, I love the high ceilings, natural light and air quality in the gym. The facility is kept very clean and well supplied. I appreciate that everyone takes off street footwear at the door, not just for cleanliness but also a vibe of going into a special place. People who use the studio and gym seem to be happy to be there. 10/10
