That the teacher considers the tone/vibe of the class and adjusts accordingly... whether this means slowing down, pushing farther and challenging our thoughts/perceptions. This consideration means a lot and for my experience preferred over a series.

I would love to see hot yoga classes at 4:30. I'm not a fan of Athletica or Flow but would love to catch a class after work on my way home. 5:15 is too late for those of us that get off at 4. 😊

I like that you're not uptight about my arrival and departure times when I'm fitting in classes around my work hours and picking up/dropping off my children from activities.
Every instructor I've ever had there has been phenomenal. I've taken more from Kathy and Katie, but Adam and Nadine, too.
Generally speaking, people don't crowd you out in the hot room.
I appreciate the teacher discount (which likely telegraphs whom this responder is, but still).
It was very relaxing and the instruction was good, especially about the use of aids and adjustments for holding different positions properly if flexibility was limited.
Attended a class with Kathy last week ans loved it so much i booked again for tomorrow!
