Mike did an awesome job inspecting everything in the whole house and outside from head to toe, and also suggested some things to do as well. Definitely would recommend him to anyone!

Murray was extremely thorough in the inspection of the home I'm purchasing. He gave me a very detailed report including pictures. He also went through the report with me and made recommendations of things that needed to be addressed now and ones that would need to have repaired in the future. It was by the far most thorough home inspection I have ever had.
Murray was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He spent the the time to take me through all aspects of the home and had me physically look at things such as the attic and other areas. He was an excellent representative for your franchise.

The reports are always prompt and easy to read. If I do have questions I can count on a quick phone call back to explain things. AmeriSpec is the the best!
My only comment is that you sent me the invoice before you even did the work. I usually don't pay for services that haven't been performed yet. You are the exception. I paid your bill as soon as I printed it the day you sent it.
