The process of coming into the store and getting fitted for a tux was easy. The bride to be had the color of the tux picked out and all I had to do was give my name. The store had my info and within 15 minutes I had tried on the tux and my measurements were taken. I received a receipt that clearly outlined the date and time to pick up the tux, as well as the date to return the tux. I also received an email with the aforementioned info as well. When I arrived at the store to pick up the tux, it was sized perfectly and the experience was absolutely seamless. I will not hesitate to return to this store.

The jacket fit perfectly love the Convenience of the service. My only issue was the shoes were really uncomfortable and plasticy.
Very easy and convenient way to rent a suit. Sizing was a little bit tight, part of the risk of online rental with no in-person fitting process, but Stitch & Tie provided a window to return the suit for a different size if mailed in a timely manner.
