Hailey was great. She gave me an awesome haircut. Plus, she was very nice.

The stylist I had has cut my hair before. She always does a fantastic job and her MVP experience is great. Often the stylists seem to rush that part. It’s essential.

Tiff completely understood what vision I had for my haircut. She explained what products she was using and how to use them myself. From a quick check in process to a relaxing experience, Tiff went above and beyond to provide great service.
Too expensive for just a simple hair cut. No wash, no hot towel, no nothing but just a cut.
Two haircuts cost $60.00.

Even though it wasn’t very busy, girl who cut my hair seamed like she really didn’t want to be there. After I got home and washed it out, noticed the sides were choppy and uneven. Will think twice on going back again. My fault for not speaking up..!

You app consistently does not work. I have removed the app and re-downloaded. I have been to 2 locations and the staff state guests always complain about the app not working, not being able to make an appointment.
When I call the specific location near my house they refuse to put me line, stating I must be on site. If I wanted to wait up to 45 minutes for a hair cut I would go to a general barber or salon.
Fix the app. This has been a problem for 3 months.

My barber lady was very nice I just wish she would not talk so much. Very pleasant but I don’t care for chitchat. I tried being silent but she literally wouldn’t shut up 🤫

My hairstylist Erika was phenomenal. She was very friendly and she took care of me very well. 10/10 would come back to her for my next haircut. The haircut was reasonably priced and even though VIP upgrade was free for my first cut, I will be paying for it every time.
