I love the gym but I frequently find the locker room to be too humid and frequently to warm. This creates problems as I often come to workout and shower. The air is so humid that my dress clothes stick to me and I am showing sweat befor I even start the day. A bit of air flow would help a lot.

Big shout out to BETH at the lobby coffee bar, we have been stopping for coffee after workouts and she is just a delight.

The club employes are always friendly and very helpful. The club is kept in first class condition and clean. There are always a variety of exercise equipment available and the hours of operation is excellent.
I like pretty much all of the services fitness plus provide including the equipment,swimming pool pool, & free weights
My favorite part of the peak is the track and cardio machines. I use both several times a week. I also love the jacuzzi in the cold weather after a good workout.
I've also used the spa and salon and both were a great experience.
