The majority of the staff are wonderful, always pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The trainers are great and Katie and Robert are both exceptional! The front desk staff always acknowledge you with a smile and are very welcoming. The facility is kept clean, a comfortable environment and equipment in good working order.

Clean, willing to help, friendly. Each piece of equipment needs its own tv. Sauna and hot tub would be an improvement
I like your classes and the friendliness of your staff. Katie does an excellent job and is always concerned about meeting the needs of the customers. She suggests modifications we can make in Zumba class to get a harder workout. Today, she substituted in a couple of abs songs and added a lunge portion to a song to make the workout harder. I LOVED it!!! There weren't many of us in class, so she made the class harder for us on the fly. She did an awesome job!! The workout she gave us was kind of a Zumba "Kick your" Bootie Camp (a cross between Zumba and a boot camp) so, if you ever want to add another cardio class, that would be a great class to add. Name removed
