I thoroughly enjoy the pleasant atmosphere early in the morning created by staff members, such as Beth, Rita, and Robert. In the gym, the track and the variety of exercise equipment offer excellent means for developing and maintaining cardiovascular health and skeletal-muscular strength and tone.
