Smaller club. Being remodeled. Good basic equipment and enough classes to choose from.

HSAC is always inproving the physical plant....from new towels, furniture, remodeling spa andlocker facilites, adding new equipment...there is a general awareness that Jack takes the members' money and puts it back into the facility. The staff is super open, friendly. Trainers help and answer questions even if they are not workingwith you. The front desk peopel always say hi and good bye. Super clean. Someone is always checking the laies' facilities. Whole club gives members a sense of pride in belonging. LOVE the idea of guest passes for family over the hoidays.

Except for the obnoxious and unneeded background music in the weight room, everything is wonderful.
It would seem, and I hope it remains true, that you were attempting to keep the club clean. Especially in the men's area where the saunas,steam baths and showers are. Being a man, I know quite well that men can be pigs and, don't give a crap about how they treat a place like yours. I'm sorry the task walls to you to keep the place clean, but I guess that's part of what we pay for and I guess that's part of your job to do that. I hope you don't falter I hope you keep the place as clean as it seems to be. But know that your hard work is appreciated by some especially people like myself

The number and variety of classes
I have belonged to other facilities. They are cold and high pressure sales to increase your services.
The TriHealth Pavilion has a club feel to it. Having the outside pool makes the facility a destination for an afternoon where the other facilities were only a quick stop to workout.
Also, as a TriHealth business, the professionalism of the staff is mature and knowledgeable. My confidence level is greater that they are properly advising me if I have a soreness to workout.

HOWEVER, HAVE SUGGESTED REPEATEDLY THAT WE NEED A MIRROR AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS (SUCH AS IN CAR GARAGES) SO WE CAN SEE PEOPLE COMING AROUND THE CORNER. NEARLY EVERY VISIT, SOMEONE RUNS INTO SOMEONE ELSE BECAUSE IT IS A TIGHT CORNER AND YOU DO NOT KNOW IF AND WHEN SOMEONE IS GOING DOWNSTAIRS OR COMING UPSTAIRS. THIS WOULD BE AN EASY FIX.

I think you have great employees who are always friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help and as a handicapped person, that is so important to be able to come to the Wave with the confidence that you can still find ways to keep fit and have the extra help one may need.
My only complaint is that not everything there is accessible for handicapped folks like me. Interior doors are not all so easy to access with a wheelchair. Especially in the locker room and pool area.
Variety of classes at all times of the day. Dodds is a great front desk guy!
Classes at Blue Mountain and then the noon classes offered at DT Peak. Also, the staff is super friendly!

Convenience and location, variety and avilability of classes
First class welcome from your employees everyday. Clean spacious workout area. An upbeat atmosphere where people seem to be enjoying themselves but still give space to each other.
