Employees greet by name, seem happy to be working there even early in am, facility is clean, seldom if ever have issue with getting equipment to use, and the one time another member was "hogging" 2 Smith machines, LuAnn dealt with it professionally. Trainer Tony is a bright and capable trainer in whom I have 100 per cent confidence. He is mindful of my concerns not to get hurt but to increase strength and balance. Danni and Seth, Cory and whole front desk team are superb first-line reps.

The escape it provides from the rest of Kuwait. The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. The gym is clean and well equipped. The facilities are well taken care of.
I love the facility! I enjoy working out on the cybex eliptical machines, and the classes are excellent. Power is a great way to strengthen all the muscles in the body, and Susie who teaches the Saturday morning and Monday class is so good at providing the students with alternatives if an exercise is too much. Also, the new Wednesday night werq class is the most energetic and fun class. I recommend it to everyone. Your staff is friendly, and the club is always clean. It is a great place to work out!

I like the spacious environment. Staff from the front desk to the trainers are all friendly and helpful. I never have to wait to workout from the machines to the track there is plenty of room for everyone. I am comfortable here, never intimidated. I am seeing a difference with my fitness and health within my first month. I truly enjoy working out here, very serene environment. I especially like the range of ages and fitness levels of others who workout here. No one will ever feel like the odd person out.
