They personally know me and check up on me when I am on the floor or even missing a few days. It is family friendly and not a "snobbish" fitness center. THE POOL!!! I can afford it with the FEW discount!!!!!! Brandon, Lily, Detra and Shari in yoga ask if I am ok (especially if I am walking sore or stiff), whisper encouragement as they go by, and say they miss me in class. They remember my new grand baby or little personal details that make this gym a friendly place, a safe place.

I'm glad you are redoing the bathrooms. Thank you for making the treadmills stop squealing. It was driving us all crazy. It is a bit stuffy (as in humid) in there in the summer. The furniture in the lobby area is looking very tattered. The arms have the faux "leather" peeling off in increasingly large patches. It is the first impression a patron or visitor gets to the center and it is not a good one. It immediately gives one the feeling of a disorderly and shabby management. There are also issues with the hot tub such as the water level is often overfilled which keeps the air jets from working. On at least a dozen cases, I have had to actually bale the water out with the inverted plastic step in order to make the water jets function. Perhaps the music could be more generic with broader appeal and the volume at a more pleasant level as to make it a background sound rather than something that is irritating. Consider your demographic.
